I'll give it a solid 3. My first apartment had a leak in the closet that maintenance and several contractors couldn't figure out over the course of several weeks. That was pretty annoying as all of my clothes were on clothing racks spread throughout the apartment. Since they couldn't figure it out after several attempts, they finally asked me to move units. The first day I moved into my 2nd apartment, it flooded (along with 13 other units). I moved again and a couple weeks later my kitchen flooded because the water hose of my washing machine as not attached securely by the contractors. Luckily I was home when that happened and stopped the machine as soon as I noticed. That damage wasn't substantial and maintenance came and cleaned it up right away. Although there were maintenance issues, like others have mentioned, Simon (maintenance supervisor) was always going above and beyond to help. Katie (old property supervisor) always did what was in her power to remedy the situation. I had to move out early, and they worked with me on breaking my lease which I appreciated. I had one other issue after I moved out and the new leasing manager, Lea, helped me resolve it. The amenities are nice and so is the location. My personal experience wasn't AMAZING, but I do think it's a nice property downtown.
