Wonderful building in the heart of the city. The staff is top notch and always address you by name. The pool is beautiful and offers a great view of downtown. The amenities provided are spectacular and the garage parking is extremely convenient. The apartments have nice finishes that are easy to clean and maintenance does a great job of keeping things up to par. There is a concierge available 24/7, keeping an eye on cameras in the building and making sure there is no suspicious activity.
Considering the Axis? Axis is a beautiful property and I called it home for 3 years. Each property has it's pros and cons, but 360 Market is essentially Axis on steroids. Axis does have an amazing dog park and access to Kroger, however the store seems to have gone down hill since being purchased by Kroger. If 360 Market is on the edge of your price range, you will be happy at either location. There is nothing wrong with the Axis. But I would choose 360 Market if you have the means.
Considering the Artistry? I was unfortunate to live here for a year. Unlike the Artistry, the elevators are fast and the hallways do not feel like a dungeon. The pool is not occupied by a frat party each weekend and smoking of any kind is not tolerated and is strictly enforced. The parking garage does not smell like sewage... instead it smells like Starbucks coffee at times. Coffee>sewage. While Market 360 does not have the coffee bar found at the Artistry, it does offer direct access to Starbucks and Whole Foods is a 10 second walk via the parking garage.
